Seriously, though, this whole thing going on with The Senator-- which is being misreported in the media-- is such bullshit, & someone put together a slideshow of all the old theatres we once had. They're now all either torn down for parking, laundromats, vacant, or, there's the oldest one that the City took hold of & they did NOTHING with it, & the roof has caved in right down to the basement.

In short, i hate this fucking City & its fucking politicians with a hate people generally reserve for Hitler.</sub>

You probably have a plethora of reasons why you hate the place, but there isn't much the right attitude can't conquer. If you're really annoyed with the Senator and the state of the theatres, maybe you could start campaigning to change things? I guess you'd feel a lot better if you were involved in something you really feel passionate about.
