Pfff, your "French" is fine; i swear all the time out of parental earshot.
I don't know how much cooler that is, but it sounds significantly so. Probably somewhere in the 60s for F? (guessing) But yeah, i don't like it at all. More incentive to visit merrie olde England. (is shot)
And my bedroom is in the attic; it can get pretty gross up there. I'm waiting to put the air conditioner in the window, though.
I just looked at an online converter and it says 18 C is 64 F, so yeah. C: Down in London it gets as hot as 30 C in the Summer, but it's cooler up north. Scotland is coooold. Don't visit Endinburgh in the Winter- you'll freeze your arse off. Dx You should come to merrie olde England just to taste proper tea. It's a travesty what you Americans have for tea. @_@
Oohhh man alive that must be boiling in the heat you're describing. Although, I'm quite jealous of how hot your summers are. I always want to wear strap tops and shorts but it's never warm enough here.
Ooooh, lucky lucky. I actually like the cold; i find it easier to warm up than cool down. And i just like it more. ;;;
We have Twinings! Seriously; i have a box of their earl grey that's almost all gone. But i would be more than happy to visit merrie olde England & be served proper tea at a proper teatime; fufufufu. While people grumble about me & what a good colony we were.
I never wear anything too revealing; i'm like a nun. First off, i generally feel uncomfortable; but mostly, i'm waaaay to ugly to be wearing tanktops & shorts. xD
The cold sucks, man. We should do a country-swap. :'D
It's not proper tea unless it's English. With English water and the BBC news in the background. Preferably while listening to Terry Wogan or Steven Fry on BBC radio 2. With delicious biscuits. If you ever come to the Isle of Man, I'll be sure to have the kettle boiling for you bang on six o'clock. And we'll use the posh teacups. |D
Noooooo you're not ugly I saw a photo of you in your LJ (I was looking for the Air and Space Museum photos, I wasn't just being creepy, I promise xD).
