GET INVOLVED & REPOST THIS & ALL THAT GOOD STUFF THERE. It aggravates me how people are uninformed/don't seem to care. There are people of all ages in Iran who are fighting for freedom. The least we can do is spread the word, let them know that we hear & see them & have their backs. From here: This is so much more than about a rigged election.
This is about basic human rights: the right to protest, the right to vote, the right to have a decision in your country, the right to have an opinion about your government.

If you were in this situation, wouldn't you want to know that somewhere else, people gave a fucking damn about what happened to you?

SO SPREAD THE WORD. I am SO sick & fucking tired of hearing about how people just don't give a damn, & of people who are saying, "It's in Iran, why should YOU care?" UM. WELL, I DON'T KNOW, WHY DO YOU THINK?

Especially in THIS COUNTRY? EXCUSE ME, I'M NO HISTORY MAJOR, BUT HAVE YOU EVER, EVER, EVER READ YOUR OWN DAMNED DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE? There are people in Iran fighting for their own freedom; the least we can do is let them know that we hear them & back them. How can you sit back & say, "Why should i care" & bullshit like that? How can you turn a blind eye to what is going on? Yeah, i know everyone's got their own shit to deal with, but for the love of all that is good in this fucking world, will you just GIVE A FUCKING DAMN?

I don't know what's worse/annoys me more: the people saying "Oh that's nice/Why should youIanybodyelseoutsideofIran care," or the lack of mention that this is getting. I only have this LJ & my DeviantArt, so i don't know how well Facebook & the like are doing, but seriously. People, come on. There are people dying for what most of us take for granted. How can you not see that?

And don't bitch at me for "spamming;" i'm going to spam this as much as i bloody well want to. I'm sick of people not caring about this.
